Executive Assistant – Hollywood, CA

Starting Salary: $75,000 to $110,000 + $5,000 to $10,000 bonus


We’re looking for someone who can help manage operations for a top venture capital firm in its office.  The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.  You’ll get to meet awesome people while helping to grow an organization.  If you are a passionate person that wants to love what they ‘do’ and are not just looking for a ‘job,’ this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing the productivity of our founding partner (manage his email inbox, schedule meetings, to-do list management, and creatively identify ways to ensure day-to-day runs smoothly)
  • Travel booking (flights, lodging, and local transport) and real-time support
  • Conduct research to prepare meeting briefs and other relevant pre-read materials
  • Personal assistant tasks including errands and light scheduling and coordination with family
  • Lead all-things office management as our chief greeter, including lunch and supply ordering for our LA office
  • Provide marketing support across event planning, social media, and other brand-related tasks
  • Opportunity to accompany our founding partner on business trips and meetings as needed

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as executive assistant or similar role
  • Tech savvy, with high proficiency in web-based applications (i.e. Google Suite) and Microsoft Office
  • Resourceful, flexible, and outcome-oriented team player with exceptional client service skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Top-notch written and oral communication skills
  • Positive, professional personality - you are often the first impression of our company!
  • Care about financial inclusion
  • Experience at another venture capital firm is preferred, though not required
  • U.S. work visa, authorization, or citizenship
